Hello! My name is Mayra, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, therapist, and adjunct professor with over 10 years of experience serving diverse communities and populations. I am committed to empowering clients where individuals feel seen, heard, and valued.

I focus on holding space with intention, compassion, and authenticity— helping clients step fully into their strength and resilience. In addition to my clinical work, I bring my passion for advocacy and representation to conversations supporting students, professionals as well as those with underrepresented voices.

I have had the opportunity to present alongside other colleagues in state conferences highlighting the importance of cultural competence in clinical settings. I also dedicated part of my time supporting students entering the field of social work. Providing academic support and supervision.
